Hi C-hings,
I am a new hand in photo editing. I need to cut part of a picture and paste it to another picture. What software can I use please!? (best for free)
I actually want to cut my cat out of one picture, and paste it to a family picture. Please help!

irfanview viewer, free! but just very limiting editing function (copy & paste ok)

can use some of photoshop filter after installed plugin

Try "GIMP" a powerful freeware, which is close to Photoshop.

photoshop可以做到，仲可以整到好自然添，但問題係第一︰要錢的，仲好貴；第二︰就算有，要做到你想要的效果，都要學，視乎天份同學習門路，但一定唔係copy paste咁簡單（要睇落好自然）。
如果有免費軟件做到就可以解決第一個問題，但第二個問題就要花多少少時間喇。
