Last week I brought my D90 with Nikkor 18-200mm lens to Seoul and took pictures. I found many many times after I pressed shutter and \"Err\" message was shown. Even I put out the battery and took out the SDHC card it did not work either. I searched on the Internet and found this probelm is worldwide (i.e. users of other countries also encountered this probelm)! It seems I have to bring it to Nikon for maintenance.

This is abnormal, U should call Nikon CS for help.

2 weeks ago, I also faced this problem when I was hiking. However, I found that 2 possible factors to cause this issue. 1.) The battery is exhausted. 2) Switching ON and OFF the camera frequently. For the factor 2), you cannot resume the camera to normal by just removing the battery and installing again. You have to remove the battery and then wait few minutes and then install it again.

For this reason, I always keep the camera on when I am in the hiking trip. The problem is not repeated again so far.

小弟的D80也有類似的問題. 剛拿回nikon去檢查. 初步說是我的aperture control出問題. 現在部機要留下作進一步檢查. 若Lims兄剛買不久, 建議到Nikon 去check一check.
