Is it possible to convert a raw file (NEF) into a jpg file with file size around 10-15MB but with 1024 pixels x 768 pixels and 72 dpi? If possible, please advise how

一張1024x768x24bits嘅無壓縮照片，大約只有2.3MB，若轉成有壓縮的JPEG檔，無可能有10-15MB。
