ching, Im trying to buy either one lens , where can I find good lens without dust?

"fat fever" $6xxx (120-400)/ $7xxx (150-500) , instalment add 4 or 5 %, which i found its the cheapest in town, any ching can give some idea where I can find those lens (hong goods) with such good price?
