各位ching,

小弟相買個新lens給女朋友。她用D80相機. 現在用kit lens但是比較差。Aperture lens不够大。相買F2.8 的.

現在考慮以下：

1）Sigma 18-50mm F2.8 EX DC Macro
2) Tamron AF17-50mm F/2.8 Di-II LD Aspherical

請問上述兩個lens，便個好？

A16 is good enough.
i used to thinking about this too,
it works great with my D80 as well..
but i just compared about C/P, i bought water goods, A16 $2390 which is so much cheaper than Sigma, plus, personaly i dont like the matt surface of sigma...

plus, if landscape, A16 will be a little wider than Sigma18-50mm F2.8 EX DC Macro
A16 is a good lens, but u better try on 2 lens on hand and compare..
plus, the second hand price of A16 is good.. so no worries...haha

其實平時用, 18-135 收光圈應該未致於好差吧? 只係對焦慢一點, 嘈一點姐。
若果想玩大光圈, 成像好, 為何不考慮入支定焦玩?
個人有A16, 成像可以的. 只是感覺變型比較利害. (相比我之前用AF-S 18-70)

50.8 also a good choice..
but the color and PQ, 18-135is really worse than 18-70 also 18-55...

thanks for your reply.

The reason for considering the sigma and tamron zoon lens as compared to a prime lens is because i have a Nikkor 50 F1.4 for my D700 which she can used on her D80 (though with the 1.5 crop factor), giving her an approx 75 mm F1.4 lens.

The kit lens with F3.5-4.5 doesnt give sufficient "bokeh".

Whilst getting a DX nikon 17-55mm F2.8 would be perfect it is quite costly so must consider the sigma and tamron for now.

My main conditions in considering the lens are:

1) aperture F2.8
2) standard zoom

當然既. 始終18-135可算是KIT鏡中最差的一支。
所以我會揀16-85 當STANDARD ZOOM
再撘定焦去影相。
