hello i m a D90 user, sorry to say a dump question.

if i m in outdoor, the light is enough for me to use ISO100,
as i know smaller ISO mean better PQ, but the smallest ISO in D90 is ISO200, ISO100 is extended ISO call Lo0.7(or sth like that). will the extended ISO decrease the PQ?
if the light is enough, should i use ISO100or200 that can give me better PQ ?

100 and 200 真係分別不大, iso 200 好些.

d90 說明書吾知有冇講.... d700 就有講....
個 ext LO (iso 100) 係某情況下會影響 "顏色"...??

吾知 color 點影響....?? 不過用左好多次都幾好.
用 iso100 主要係iso200 快門去盡都太光.
