小時候家父有一台小相機，我有一部Kodak X66小相機，還記得售價是＄49.5，用126菲林的，過時過節我會充當攝影師，樓下梯間有小影樓，是很熟念的街坊主理的，放學後都會在上址玩，巳經係三十多四十年前的事，現在經常還有使用菲林相機，是自製的針孔相機，可Zoom的木盒，用4x5菲林。

my parents were both art teachers in secondary schools.

They had a Nikkomat for shooting slides of their students' works (most paintings, therefore they were mostly flat) back in the early 70's.

They only had one lens and it's the 50mm F1.4 non ai (it was so popular that it was almost like a kit lens at the time), great for their needs.

I then get to learn how to use it. The build is boom proof and you can use it as a hammer if you cant find one =p The mechanical details and the sounds it produced are really something.

The last roll of film that I shoot from the nikkomat was back in 2007 summer when I was in Prague; but since I had my newer 2nd hand D40 as the film cost me too much.

I still have an unfinished roll of kodak 200 in it and only use it when the weather is too nice to not use it =p

春田花, you claimed you've been taking fotos for some long, you might recall back in the early 70's, the average monthly salary for a secondary school teacher in HK was around just over 1000HKD and that nikkomat with the lens costed around that.

the school budget for Art as a subject at the time was way lower than that, 公器私用 was impossible.

My first camera is Nikon FG, and it is still working until now. I have bought and sold a lot of camera (F70, F100, D70...) out in the past ten years, but I will keep my FG well and will not sell it out forever. Now, I am using D200 as my main gear!

arafeva, 我就讀既中學只係有Minolta用，因為我不是攝影學會的會員，所以好難借用，中三那年拿了個甚麼奬學金都記不起了，加上一點暑期工的工錢及老媽的支助，買了人生的第一部SLR，珍而重之直到現在還管用呢。

但現在已再沒"勇氣"拿菲林機出去影相, 部古董FG, FM2 and F80只會留在家裡給我閑時摸摸玩玩.

我自己擁有第一部是日本影攝x傻瓜機，出來工作後開始聽說單鏡反光機好，展轉經過數年，８３年結婚當年買第一部ｎ記FM相機，年紀老邁相機進入老年期，到９７年買了Ｆ９０Ｘ，現在那９０Ｘ存放在防潮箱中，間中取出來行吓部機，　畢道它陪了我１０寒暑呢．有感情的．其實也想放部９０Ｘ因為太低價而放棄念頭．
現在買了Ｄ８０使用，因為它不用菲林，省回買菲林錢晒相錢，而且數碼機影相又多，不過我都會懷念９０Ｘ，始終它帶給我一家有過愉快的日子．菲林相機時代也進入了晚期了．對嗎？

I have been using my F5 since 90's and reluctant to go digital (it also took me very long to get adapted when moving from MF to AF in 80's). I have been waiting for a relatively affordable FX DSLR and there is, my first DSLR, the Nikon D700! I have no experience in maneuvering other DSLR but the D700 is just good enough to me. All my F Mount 'old' lens are working just fine on the new cameras. I think I still prefer the D lens over the new G lens but I guess I need to take some time AGAIN to get use to these 'new' products.
