Please help me to choose!!

One week ago, I have bought a D3000. But i have the following question:

If sell my D3000(brand new) and buy a second hand D80......so I can use all the AF lens with auto focus........Becoz now I am using mannual to focus my F50 1.8. If want to upgrade it to AFS 35 1.8, I have to sell F50.8 and add around $1200.

But if I use $1200, I can already sell my D3000 and upgrade to second hand D80.......

But I would like to know is it worth to do that? And how is the picture quality and noise control different between D3000 and D80.

Mostly I will use the DSLR to take photo for my Toy and 夜境.....

師兄,你轉身都十分快,你有50mm先?那會不知,d3000沒有機身motor?
責完再傾過
1)你會manual對焦 換來托. afd 快不過manual
2)換來換去,你錢多?d3000你古有多少人要.
3)50mm 和 35mm 是兩支不同需要的鏡,那會賣一支放一支?
4)你無想過將來?唔會玩fx?dx鏡只會買一支wide.

um... i think its good to "upgrade" to D80
it gives you better control with the dual wheel.
no matter u will manual focus or the AF.
for DX 35mm is a bit convenient in my opinion, after the 35mm x 1.5 u will still get 52.5mm... 50mmx 1.5= 75mm is bit inconvenient to shoot haha

For photo quality, D80 is definately ok, if u are using 50.8 to shoot indoor toys, for night view landscape u will use tripod and low ISO anyways right?
anyways D80 is almost 3 years, even now i can tell it is acceptable...(i am still using it, compare with D90 there's really a difference...but i prefer the CCD rather CMOS)

u wanna change just because u wanna have AF? Or u wanna try different perspective? Manual focus is a lot of fun too!!!

so..second hand D80 now is really worth to buy.
u may change your body and work better with 50.8 for the first move...

D3000.. as an entry level DSLR, i think its not bad, its a upgraded version/replacement for D40/40X/60, same compact size and light weight.
Plus it enhanced the focusing feature..

D80 if you just want to take photos! It is a medium level camera. D3000 is just for beginner level.

我覺得師兄應該多爬文再問問題....
買機前亦先做好research, 都明知支50 1.8無摩打架啦..用係D3000度實唔會有AF. 又點會買左先黎後悔呢?
而且35 1.8 同50 1.8兩支鏡嘅range完全唔同! 根本唔可以互相取代!
網上資源咁豐富, 好應該好好利用. 耐心做完資料搜集先買機.
