小弟用緊D80多年.一路都好正好好用,但因我現在攝影方向唔同咗,
而架BODY連拍及快門唔夠我用先唸住升級,
現在想買邊架好,D300s or D700好,各大師兄請比D先見呀!謝謝

我得支18~135 kit鏡,70~300vr,仲有10.5魚眼..算唔算多DX鏡呀!
我唸D700係佢有FF..同ISO高幾級..因為每年都會去打雀及影花車..
D300s價錢就真係好吸引..
拍唔拍MOVIE冇所為..個人應為相機就係相機.多樣嘢玩則多樣嘢煩。

You have to seriously think about what is the purpose of this upgrade.

DX & FX are two totally different world.

If more than 3/4 of your shooting time is bird or on the longer end, you've better stick with the DX model. As you are taking the 1.5x advantages on all your lens.

On the other hand, if you need some crispy sharp photos for work, or portrait, or low light performance. Then FX will be your choice and it gonna bring you to a whole new world of photography.

換言知用D700落DX鏡就得六佰萬像素,晒咗架機.
而D300s用DX鏡就變焦要乘1.5.

仲有想問:兩者有效像素約千二萬,如用D700的FX影出嚟D相質索會否靚過D300s影出嚟嫁.見D700粒CMOS大過D300s

因為小弟budget有限,只好一步步換,如D700靚過D300s,不如換咗支kit鏡先,換支24-70mm2.8,下一步再換BODY,可能到時以出D700s或D800.^.^
咁升級會唔會好D呀!

換言知用D700落DX鏡就得六佰萬像素,晒咗架機 - 有幾? 6百萬夠用啦. 我依家次次影完想都要執細佢, 不知幾煩. 不過問題係在於個影相 area 細左, 你要睇 viewfinder 入面個細框框影, 呢個幾唔方便.

而D300s用DX鏡就變焦要乘1.5 <------ =_="

18-135, 可轉 24-120. 70-300, 真係難搞. 450mm 喎.

你第二個 option, 換鏡先係一個幾可行的方案. 就算我以前有 28-70, 80-200. 因為用開 D70s 有支 18-70 kit, 一轉左之後, 我都要拿拿林買番支 18-35 3.5-4.5 頂住.

Overall D700 should be better than D300s. As you have mentioned the CMOS is like double the size between DX & FX.

In terms of the Dynamic Range the FX did a much better job. What I mean is say you are shoot under difficult sunlight, part of the photo is under shadow and part under strong highlight. FX is smart enough to handle the condition but DX is less capable to do that.

Also another point to keep in mind, the 52 focus point of D700 is sticking more closer to the center 3/4 of the photo. But D300s is evenly spreading through the whole photo. There are good or bad about this setting and it is depending on your shooting style.

經師兄細心及長細講解後,小弟終於決定先換支24-70mm2.8鏡再換D700等FX機.要找另一個完整世界.

That is a great choice and you won't regret about it!

24-70mm f/2.8 tends to keep the value as well. The price of the new 24-70 f/2.8 is going up on yearly basis. And 2nd price stay firm as well.

I am using D700 & 24-70 f/2.8 for work and I am a happy user since the day 1 of using this combo.

You will be amazed by the ability of the true f/2.8 on the D700. DX camera won't even get close to the FX quality. Also for daily shooting (not for work), you will feel like you don't need to flash anymore.

14-24/2.8f,24-70/2.8f,70/2102.8f呢三支鏡一早以經例入我嫁dream lens,
我買D80kit係過邊期,起碼有得玩住先,小弟budget有限只好stap by stap換.
影菲林相時期,用F3加80-200/2.8 & 180/2.8真係正.
現在D3等級數太貴,不合我呢啲業餘玩,
返正遲早都要換,能力可以去就去盡佢..唔好比自已再遺憾.

Agree! Go for the best lens that you can afford as soon as possible. And then upgrade the body if there is a bit of spare cash around.

A great lens will do some magic to the photo.
