I am shooting JPEG even for my wedding jobs!
Most importantly if you have the confidence to get the exposure right no camera, basically JPEG gives you very good quality image as well.

其實有時影RAW係方便後制姐...
有時諗住D相玩EFFECT咪會用RAW...
我就不嬲都SET左RAW+JPEG
咁可以返到屋企....
覺得影得唔好要汁OR想玩EFFECT就KEEP住個RAW
唔係就DELE左佢LAW...

我會用raw why 因為我本身不是 professional 有時懶較光暗色温,好多時候自己失準 都可以在後期救得返

先狹義地答覆樓主問題：我喜歡玩RAW的，但也間中會用JPEG。
再廣義地答覆樓主問題：
1. 用RAW還是用JPEG，純屬個人喜好，誰也不能勉強誰。任何拍友喜歡用那一種格式也可以，甚至不拍攝也可以！
2. JPEG是一種有損壓縮格式，不利後期處理，原則上每儲存一次都會有損失。因此，攝影師們都會用RAW來拍攝重要的作品，以便後期處理。
3. 出色的攝影者都絕對不能保証自己的作品萬無一失，甚至無論甚樣小心都要作後期處理以臻盡善盡美。這與有沒有信心完全無關，最有信心的攝影師也需要適當的後期處理以改善作品。

agree with the post editing is much easier on RAW but at the same time, JPEG can use for post editing as well.
JPEG do a pretty good job, but of course you can't do some crazy adjustment as you are able to do in RAW.
For example, you can do +/- a few stops with RAW but definitely not in JPEG.
If we are just talking about normal colour adjustment with program like Lightroom, JPEG still more than enough to fulfil my needs with at least 80% of my jobs.
Seriously, RAW & JPEG is just a format but they both serve the purpose of keeping an image. RAW & JPEG both have their pros & cons.
I guess it comes down to personal preference. To discuss RAW & JPEG easily ends up with a big fight as appeared in most international forums :p
Keep shooting & improving our skill is more important =D

我都係初哥,我之前都係只影JPEG,依家就多數都係JPEG+RAW,
因為真係初哥,好多時D WHITE BALANCE 真係SET 得唔好
特別係酒樓既情況下,好多時SET 極都SET 唔好!
有時睇住個DISPLAY 以為OK,點知都係偏色!
有RAW 可以返屋企再SET 番好D顏色! 差好遠!
仲有就係越接觸得RAW 越多,就相對有好多相既SETTING 越熟!
都可以幫到影相架~
