聽講係可以用轉接環,普通嘅就用唔到auto,貴d加咗電子配件就可以用番,都係三百零蚊,我都係八八卦卦問吓鴨仔街d鋪得知,希望有其他ching覆你啦

貴的只是可以做到合焦指示功能，不能auto focus，兩個mount不能互換而auto focus (af)，nikon mount 可以用撞環去canon但都係可以出合焦指示，都一樣無af！

nikon lens can be mounted on EOS with manual focus to infinity
canon EOS lens can also be mounted on Nikon camera with such an adaptor exist BUT THE LENS SHOULD NOT BE ABLE TO FOCUS TO INFINITY
REASON:
EOS mount-to-sensor distance: 44mm
Nikon mount-to-sensor distance: 46.5mm
A Nikon lens mounted to EOS is ok, because there are 2mm left for the adaptor
A EOS lens mounted to Nikon is NOT ok for focusing infinity, because there are NEGATIVE 2.5mm, so even if such adaptor exists, the EOS lens becomes a lens mounted on an extension tube of 2.5mm thick, the lens can be used to take photo at short distance BUT not infinity
