纯属budget问题!光圈大d,環境應用闊d,對比景深效果又淺d,好多人都習慣唔會用盡最大光圈!好似我一样,都會調低兩級用!
我自己就用緊支SAL-50F14/C幾個月,冇任何投诉!Sony哩支鏡價錢系超買(個人認為),比起C/N什至副廠都平!Sony鏡中,我相信只有哩支系甘!

Reasons:
1. there are no 1.8 in Minolta or Sony history, only 1.7; and
2. it is a very good 1.4 between Japanese manufacturers.

Right! there is a new DT 50mm f/1.8 SAM, but I don't like the DT series personally. Take the 1.4.

try the Leica 50 f/0.95, I heard from my friend that it is an amazing lens.

if not, buy the Leica f/1, extremely good too.

Or buy the Konica mHexanon 50 f/1 or 50 f/1.2, a Japanese lens,, you people must like it -- Japanese products.
