個人覺得支sigma比較好，雖然對焦比較慢，但成像較好及銳利，價錢又平，千多元就買到。

I think the Tamron 70-200 F2.8 cost similar to Sony 70-300G.
But I still got the 70-300G becos this is the cheapest G lens I can afford.
I like it.

The three lens you are talking about, I would suggest Tamron one. It is slightly not as good as the Sigma one. But it does not have the problem of pilling off of the lens surface. The Sony one does not have the high Macro ratio that the other two lens have. Unless you go for SSM or F2.8, the Tamron one will be a good balance.
