to get the maximum out of it, when I convert it to .mov, what should be the following setting?

Frame Rate: (60fps)?
Bit Rate: (17000kps)?

• MP4:
1440 x 1080p 30/25fps (12Mbps)

so it's 60 or 30 fps or 25 fps....

not BD, but i need to edit it so the first conversion should get the maximum quality
