The biggest decision tradeoff comes down to size/weight (body + lens) vs.quality/price/functionality/lens choices etc depending on what you end up with. If size/weight is important to you more than anything else, Olympus micro 4/3, Panasonic mirco 4/3 (GF1), Samsung NX or Sony NEX are all great cameras. If size/weight is not the most important thing to you, you have more choices including all the ones that you mentioned.

For folks who started with full size DSLR a few years ago and have been buying heavier lenses and bigger bodies, many of them will consider Olympus micro 4/3, Panasonic mirco 4/3 (GF1), Samsung NX, Sony NEX or Leica as a second camera so they can carry with them more often and they need the quality and features than a DC could provide.
