1) Price: More or less the same, EPL1 cheaper maybe
2) Shutter Speed: EPL1 from 1/2000s - 30min; GF2 from 1/4000s - 60s
3) Image Stabilizer: EPL1 is on body; GF2 has none (rely on the lens); if you will use MF lens or old lens, EPL1 would be a better choice
4) Can take panorma photos with EPL1 but not GF2
5) ISO: GF2 up to 6400; while EPL1 up to 3200
6) Time to Focus: GF2 is slightly faster
7) Video: GF2 can take full HD movies, EPL1 can do HD movies
8) User Interface: depends if touchscreen is that attractive to you. GF2 still got a wheel for you to adjust Shutter/Aperture/EV value. The switching between Video & Photos is quite smooth on GF2. But then most of the controls are on the screen, you can get lost on the menu easily... The touchscreen is not that sensitive comparing to my experience on iPhone...
9) LCD: You will be more happy to check out the photo after each shot with GF2, coz EPL1 screen sucks; that's why EPL1 give you surprises when you load the photos to your computer
"Out" or not is not a matter if the camera is good enough for you. If you wanna catch the trend, GF2 is for sure the 'It' camera.
Again, fish & bear plam :) depends how you prioritize all those features.
So... hope these factors can make you a easier decision. Merry Christmas!

Oh btw, 2-lens kit of GF2 seems more "economic". They are selling <2000 and 3000+ respectively, just the body already costs you 4990.
If you trade the lens later on, probably you will gain some little money, who knows?
