如果買20D, 應該用PL or CPL? 要幾錢?

Buy a CPL. You can rotate a CPL in front of the lens to adjust light reflection, but you cannot rotate a linear PL.

You can also rotate a linear PL filter to cut out light on a particular plane and angle. But you need to use CPL filter on DSLR becoz linear PL will affect the auto focus and the camera cannot focus at all, whereas using CPL will not have such problem.

CPL can cost from $100 for 58mm to very expensive one, depends on filter sizes, brands and coating. A lot of cheap Japanese CPL filter kills your picture. Although most of the time you do not need to use CPL, if you have to get one don't save the money and get the best one you can afford!
