For hong goods, go to Man Shing 萬成 or Wing Shing 永成 and buy 20D at about $12,500.
For the cheapest price, go to DcFever at Wan Chai 298, hong gooods at $11,400 cash, but a little bit risky.
It is very difficult to check the dead spot 死默 / 光默 on the CMOS when buying the camera unless the shop itself provided the lens, CF card, and notebook computer and is willing to fully test the DSLR before you confirm to buy it /even pay it.
If you are well off and want to have a better quality of the photos taken, I will suggest you to buy the Canon L lens like 16 -35 mm f2.8, 24 -70 mm f2.8, 70 - 200 L f2.8 or 85 mm f1.2.
For dust on the CMOS, you can use a rubber dust bellow to remove it. If this doesn't work, it is better to take it back to Canon to do it. It should be free of charge if your 20D is still under warrantty.
