千萬不要買, 十分不可靠, 買了兩星期便壞了。WARRANTY CARD 沒有服務中心地址及電話聯絡, 需要自已聯絡銷售商店尋找服務中心的聯絡資料, 可惜服務中心根本沒有人接聽電話, 更加沒有 answering machine. 真不知這算是什麼『保用』！！！！

Dear all,

I phoned the number which was given to me this morning, the guy was friendly and he said that there isnt a need to take the product back to the distributer and he would ask a maintenance personnel to get in touch with me and go to my house to check the box, I think I will empty all my equipment from the box and take it to the living room for him to fix as I suspect something is quite suspicious about this "distributor".

More news as follows...................

It is now 1943h and of course, no phone call from the maintenance personnel, will call the number again tomorrow afternoon to investigate further....................

Anyone who is considering of buying this product should be very aware of the warranty being provided as it seems a bit risky.

Again, no phone call all morning, called back in the afternoon and he said the technician is very busy, blah blah!!!, the technician called me back within 10 minutes, I explained to him the situation and he said he would come over to look at it but I suggested to him that if he decides to come, he will need to bring the spare parts to save time, so he agreed and I told him that it would be next week until I can allow him to fix it as I am on shift duty, so he agreed to call me back and let me know if he can make it or not tonite but eventually, no phone call, so I guess I need to wait for his call but dunno when..............................

I'll Be BACK!!!!!!!!!(hopefully!)

Yeah rite, I would spend around at least $70 and at least 3 hours of TRAVELLING time, crossing the borders twice, look for a reliable shop in Shenzhen and carry a 40L sized box thru the border, onto the KCR switch to the MTR jammed pack with people back to Tseung Kwan O(my home) from Shenzhen, I maybe a cheap skate for buying this brand as I don't know much about dry boxes but I don't think it's worth the hassle for going up to Shenzhen to buy a product which is only a few hundred dollar difference.

唔係化？！Everone o既DHC-60 60公升防潮櫃o係銅鑼灣DCfever叫價都二千幾喇，不過就包送貨。而返深圳用你三個鐘買一個同型號o既只係人民幣650蚊，再加唔駛人民幣200大圓就可安排托運送到你將軍澳屋企(仲可以星期六、日收貨)，全部加埋唔駛港幣840蚊，相差成千幾蚊，粗粗o地可以買多支二手鏡喇！
其實上去深圳可以順路買一o的相機配件(好多都比香港平)，買書，食o下o野同做o下按摩，一o的都唔會浪費喎！
