sure have english menu la, and you can upgrade fiemware by yourself with the usb cable it provided.

水貨 行貨 cameras are the same cameras.
It is just warranty that is different.

thank you celsius. I bought a Hong one already....but just curious, the charger is 100V for Water goods, or univeral voltage?

Water should also have universal charger 100-220v.
