Requirement as below:

(1)$2000-2800, including a case and extra battery

(2) great photo quality

(3) small body (but that is not the most important)

(4)sports mode

(5)underwater safe

(6)viewfinder (not just a screen)

(7)t's important that it doesn't take fuzzy pictures, especially at night

(8)sd memory card

The most update model of this two series are 770SW and W30, both of them doesn't support #6 and 7 of your requirement, 770SW only support XD but in a more compact size.
