If just dust, no problem. If there is mould, must clean it. Usually the photo quality will not be affected by dust. In case you see the dust in the photo, software like photoshop can help!

I've cleaned the sensor on my 30D 4 times.

It isn't that hard to do yourself :)

how to clean the lens by myself? i don't get it!!!

my bad =P I saw dust and I just assumed it was sensor dust.

Best take it back to the dealer to get it cleaned.
