現時有d80一部，想影野鳥及蝴蝶，有什麼好介紹： 例如Nikon鏡、Sigma 或Tamron? 要不要防震?

Sigma macro, 105mm, 150mm or 180mm
These lenses are good for shooting insects. The working distance will be longer for more tele lens. If you don't want to disturb the insect, you should use 180mm macro, but it is the most difficult to get sharp focus.

if you want to shoot birds, may need 400mm or above! It depends on how close you can get to the birds.
