I already hav canon 70-200 f4 is, and now i want to buy another lens : 24-70 f2.8 or 24-105 f4 is ?

1) 24-70 f2.8 ---- avd f.28 / range is good if 24-70 + 70-200

2) 24-105 f4 is ---- avd "IS" / lighter / cheaper, but over range if 24-105 + 70-200

hard to make choice ^^

24-70 F2.8 不過冇IS
如果你喜歡有IS就買 24-105 F4L IS+70-200 F4L IS

10-22 + 24-105 / 24-70 + 70-200 = very good

I also decide to buy canon 17-85, but comments no good

I have same lens
10-22, 24-105f4is, 70-200 f4is
now thinking move up 24-70 f2.8 (but no is... worry)
but most of the time these f4 lens are good to me
unless indoor no flash then ....... need 2.8

吾洗諗---決定24-70 f2.8 原因有兩個 :

1) 大光圈.....^^
2) 其實吾會點手震....因為個range好細

師兄們, 知道canon show room嗎 ? 可試任何機或鏡....大家可以試下 ^^

17-40mm + 50mm (1.4 or 1.2)

After a long time of consideration, I myself chose 24-105, mainly because the range of 70-105 is too important ! After that I brought a 50 1.4, so as to cover the lose of 大光圈. I can carry both with a very handy Lowepro bag.

24-70 is the only choice (better bokeh and 2.8).

24-105 isn't such a nice L lens - I don't think it is worth it (I don't think the IS is really that good on this lens. Worst L lens in my opinion. QC is very bad between different copies - vignetting is extremely bad on FF 1Ds II & III or 5D + sometime left / right sharpness different.
