You cannot expect too much from a consumer D.C, even at the prosumer class. Rising ISO value is one solution to handle moving subject in dim condition, but it introduces great luminance noise to the final image. A general rule is (to DC of course), do not increase the ISO value until the aperture size and shutter speed has already been optimized.
