Hi,

I am planning to take the boat cruise on Oct. 1 (國慶) and take some photos on the fireworks. Since I expect there will be some turbulence on the Victoria Harbour, do you think I can still use the tripod in order to take the pics. under 2 sec or more at F8-11??? Does anybody try that before?

I don't think at the boat you can shoot 2 sec with tripod. if you only shoot the firework without harbour background, may be still okay.
