When you want to shoot protrait shooting under a very sunny day like today. how can we shoot a good photo using F2.8 and shutter already exceed 1/8000 second. How????

I will use the lowest iso as possible ISO100. Is it ND filter help??. I know there are different types of ND filter, DN25, ND45 and ND85 what is the differences between them? Which one is suitable?

If you use ISO100, f/2.8 and shutter speed over 1/8000s (i.e. over EV16), it should be very bright. Under this lighting condition, taking portrait photo is not easy...

Neutral Density filter can effectively reduce light and a little bit image quality.
ND2 - 減 1 級
ND4 - 減 2 級
ND8 - 減 3 級

You may also add CPL to filter the oil reflection from the face and also reduce more light to go into the camera.

Yes, polariser can also reduce light.

There are usually 2 systems to express the strength of ND filters for cameras. One is mentioned by tam_dominic, the other is expressed like

0.3- 減 1 級
0.6- 減 2 級
0.9- 減 3 級

The effect of polariser is dependent upon direction of light. If the light is right behind you, there is no polarisation effect.

Try it yourself and you will have an idea.
