Long exposure make this effect.

1. Set ISO to 100 or 80
2. In Shutter priority mode, simply set shutter speed longer than 1/2 second.
3. If it would over exposed then
add a Neutral Density filter 4 or 8 infront of the lens to block partial light from going into the sensor.
