im going to take a group photo of 13 students from the students union of my school. guess they would be standing in a V pattern, with the president in the middle.

the photo will be taken in the sportsground, and in the morning 8:30am. the sportsground is surrounded by the school campus, im afraid its not bright enough.

should i use external flash if necessary, or just maximize the aperture size and use a tripod?

i have a tamron 17-50mm f2.8 and a 10-24mm tokina super wide f4. which one is better for this "V patterned group foto?

戶外日光日白唔會唔夠光，f/7或以上，手持唔用腳都得，keep住快門唔好慢過1/50s理應冇問題。閃燈唔一定要，不過反而要留意有冇背光、陰陽面，咁就最好落閃。
你唔放心可以先行現場試一試先。

一般用20mm燈夠,大Wide會變形,如在戶外,用閃灯做補光(加反射板),ISO set 高少少,如不放心,就用包圍曝光.如3至5級,每級0.7個EV.
