If you are not talking about using an adoptor & 135 format current models only:
1. Canon: Cosina Carl Zeiss ZE mount;
2. Konica Minolta, Minolta, Sony : Sony Carl Zeiss ZA mount;
3. Pentax: Cosina Carl Zeiss K mount; and
4. M mount camera: Carl Zeiss M mount.
In fact, Carl Zeiss is able to put many brands of camera. Which specific one you want to know?

Recently a lot of "adaptor" in market, they may help to put different brands lens & camera together; the Zeiss for Contax is not able to mount on Pentax directly, maybe you should try this way.

One more thing, you may lost some functions by this method; maybe, autofocus, sharpness, metering, programme mode, etc.
Zeiss produces lens for many brands, but the products are not interchangable.

咁果支18MM得冇EF MOUNT,如果用ZF轉EF MOUNT,操作上有冇問題架?
