本人係新手一名，想學玩Photoshop。上Photoshop個網check過，CS4要成700美金， 真係好貴。我念如果甘貴，應該吾會甘多人玩。想請問師兄，係我搞錯，定係有D平D既version呢？

Photoshop Elements is a scaled down version and should have more than enough features for most users. It is at version 8 now and the cost is about $80 USD.

As for "CS4甘貴應該吾會甘多人玩", my guess is the term "Photoshop" is being generalized as software that manipulates images. Some of those software comes with your camera for free. One example is Canon DPP.

Before you buy Photoshop CS4 or Elements, may want to download the free trails to play around first to see how you like it. Depending on what you would like to do with Photoshop, there are other options and many of them are much much easier to use than Photoshop when it comes to processing pictures.

我在去年的電腦展(印象中在megabox)，購得Adobe Creative Suite 3，內有Dreamweaver ， Fireworks ，Flash ，Illustrator ， InDesign 及 Photoshop 等等，只需$1000。

電腦展又快到，睇下有冇野執。

uptil this moment, Photoshop seems to be a "standard" photofesstional digital photos re-tounching software; you'll see from those software school, all of them teach Photoshop.

"sales" or "student price" are normal ways to get a cheaper copy.

我朋友幫我買咗套CS4教學版$1280, 就算只係用個photoshop來執相都抵到爛!

佢係某間教adobe軟件的教育中心買o既, 自己搵搵d資料la.

700美金應該係商業版,家用或教學版會平好多.
