1.我想問下影人係咪影好一定係對焦對隻眼睛???如果對塊面呢???之後再構圖??
2.琴日我去影d雀仔，用450d+55-250mm(窮人三保果枝)，我zoom到250mm，之後影d雀，返到屋企睇之後發覺隻雀唔多清既???我諗緊會唔會係隻雀仔移動中?如果係又點影呢....但我記得隻雀仔係好似靜止的....會唔會又係我手震呢，因為zoom到最大既時候，隻手少少震已經係鏡頭見到好明顯既移動。P.S琴日陰陰地天
3.如果我zoom到最遠，但都發覺我想影既中體好細粒，咁我應該點對焦，因為鏡頭對焦粒紅點重大粒過個主體，咁點對得準???
4.我想問下通常係光暗對比大先會用暴光鎖？？？

Can you post an example with EXIF?

I am no expert in bird photography but this is what I think. There are quite many possibilities for the issues that you described:

1. shutter too slow for slightly moving birds
2. aperture too wide open with very thin DOF
3. hand held camera shake much more impacting with long focal length

Try a few things:

1. Use a tripod if possible
2. Use live view with 5x/10x focusing if possible
3. Use a remote shutter release
4. Use AF Servo
5. Shutter can't be too slow since the bird does move. Perhaps 1/500s or faster?
