我想問用單反 怎樣像DC那樣自拍ㄚ?

還是要用其他方法ㄚ? 或 沒得自拍-0-?

Can you use one hand to hold a DSLR attached with a 1kg lens and do a self-shot ? Be practical. DSLRs are not designed for this purpose.

用扭芒的便可似DC般單手自拍，例如Canon 60D和Nikon D5000。

One of the easiest thing to do is to look at the focus scale on your lens and use manual focus. If you're holding the camera for self portrait at arm's length, about 2', you should easily see what will be in focus by checking at the focus scale at 2' with your corresponding aperture.

-> Manuel focus

-> set small aperture and high speed shutter (if possible)

-> use 10" timer

->press the shutter (aim your subject)

-> hold the lens not the grip

->wait timer last 2 second

-> rasied up your hand.
