if you really means those on face, no software can.

if you meand those on photo, many can, photoshop, gilmp, photoimpact...........

有一隻 software 叫 Pimple Remover Pro 2.0。應該可以幫到你。

如果你熟photoshop 等類似軟件的話, 只要你有一顆耐性和細心就可以..
e.g. with photoshop
method 1: use color picker to get the surrounding color, then use a pen to overdraw the 瘡.

method 2: use the rectangle selection tool to select a small area of skin near the 瘡, then "copy" and "paste" to cover the 瘡..
u may use the "blur" tool to smooth the edge.
