NR = Noise reduce = 除雜訊
用 DC 機以長時間暴光或用高 ISO 拍攝，便會產生雜訊，在相片上形成很的粗粒，尤其在暗位覺明顥，此時便須要用到 DC 內部的除雜訊功能，有ｄ機會在慢快門時自動啟動 NR，冇得比你自己選用，有些可被你?行啟動與否。淾啟動時，儲存時間會自動加長，因需要做 NR 的處理。

one of the reason of having longer time to save a picture when using "NR" is that...

for some DC it uses the technique "Noise Frame Subtraction"..
e.g. if u take a picture with 5 seconds shutter then the DC will use another 5 seconds to take a "Noise Frame".
afterward by subtracting the noise frame from the original picture, the noise in the resulting picture can probably be eliminated.
