1) 唔係，測光模式係相機測光既方法，唔同測光模式，係同一環境下，會有唔同既光圈快門組合。

2) 可以咁講，因你可以自己set。(eg. 相機測出最"合適"光圈快門為1/125, f8，你想over，可以高慢一級快門，或調細一級光圈 f 5.6)

Let me try answer the third question.

Exposure Compansation can control the exposure of the photo after the camera's auto exposure. Just as bookforest said, you can deliberately under/over-expose your photo(of course in the view of the AE in camera).
This function is useful since the AE in camera is not accurate under some situation.

And for flash, it's another story... Let's say you wanna take an indoor photo which was poorly lit, the shutter speed will drop large beyond the safe shutter speed*1 though at the largest aperture (e.g. f/2.8). In this case, you'll need a flash! But when using flash, you'll have to beware of the effective range (e.g. 4m at f/2.8). If not, you may still get a bad lit picture. BTW, I recommend you to use auto or P mode when using flash since you cannot control your internal flash.

*1 safe shutter speed (just straight translation from its Chinese name):
= 1 / (focal length in 35mm format) seconds

E.g. Safe shutter speed for 50mm standard lens would be 1/50s
