"迫沖"即係話因客觀條件不足,
例如室內不准用閃燈,
主體距離遠,
閃燈又唔夠力,
又或者用長火被迫用高速快門,
咁唯有under若干級光圈或快門去影,
通常是較ISO去測光,
例如用ISO100菲林就較到ISO400,800,1600....,
測光讀數就可以容許在上述條件下拍攝,
咁D相咪唔under囉?
唯有在沖菲林時做手腳,
顯影時間長d,
用濃d顯影液等方法使菲林能有正常曝光時的"厚度",
不過"迫沖"後既底片較粗粒,
這又係另一種效果,
當然"迫沖"係整筒菲林,
唔可以一張under, 一張就over, 又一張正常,
至於顯影時間同顯影液濃度,
顯影液的標籤都有說明.

"偏光鏡"只係"濾光鏡"既一種,
用黎過濾偏震光,
用左既效果係使藍天更藍,
反光的玻璃或湖面減低反光,
當然要用少少使用技巧,
效果先至好啦!!!!!

濾光鏡可謂五花百門,
真是一言難盡,
最佳辦法係去攝影器材行索取一份Filter Catalog,
既齊全, 精美,
仲免費添,
Catalog中有使用各Filter的效果Sample,
我知道Hoya, Cokin...等都有.

Your question reminds me of the films that I used to use:

1. b&w: "kodak techical pan 25" (tp25). It was the best I ever used. It was tricky as it took manuel processing (必須手沖) using "technidol" and filter ("0" type) during enlargement. Otherwise, the contrast could be too high. It is a very slow speed film, need tripod when shooting. The granularity (顆粒度) is excellent. Years ago, I had a few photos shot with this type of film and they were enlarged to 16x20 for exhibition. The grain was so fine that everyone thought I was using 120 films. It is the best b&w film I ever tried. Best & troublesome & time consuming. Wondered if it's still available in the market? Or did the stupid kodak cut it's best products just like the "Elite" paper?

2. Color positive: EPP/ "select 50" /Kodachrome. All were fine films. But "select 50" led a short life in the market as ppl found it difficult to process. I had no problem with it as I used to do manuel processing with E6. Kodachrome was more troublesome, as needed to be sent overseas for processing. Australian Kodak lost a couple of rolls of mine on the way to send them back! Lousy arrangement of Kodak. Bad experience with the company …

3. Color negative: "gold 100" of kodak. It is cheap and available everywhere. Easy to find a lab to process it. Nothing tricky with it and the quality is so fine.

I think it is difficult to say which brand of film is the best. you need to compare $, user-friendliness, the format (135/120), camera&lenses you use, size of enlargement desired etc…. Some films match better with some particular lenses (Canon /Nikon /Leica…). Some like "warm" films and some like "cool" (more cyan) type. Choosing film is very subjective.

p.s. one more thing: one more possible use of "迫沖" (push or pull). I used this skill to do Tone Control (or Zone System/灰階控制) in b&w processing. Eg. Push when shooting + pull when processing, and vice versa.
