ND = Neutral Density, 係灰色鏡, 不映响 其他色彩, 只减少光线進入CCD（或菲林)。

我唔知中文名, 但向相機鋪sales講要ND濾鏡就一定知, 不过你要決定要買幾多倍(即要幾深之灰色), +1, +2..............etc.

but no one understands its chinese translation!!
try to tell a salesperson u need 中性密度濾光鏡, i am sure, he/she will not understand!! haha

there are two types of nd filter: glass and gelatine. only kodak still produces wratten gelatine filters. for glass type, you can get hoya or other brands. better check before u buy any nd.

it depends on your e.v. and how much light goes beyond your exposure ....

why don't u check out reference books for the details? it is good to ask and learn but i don't recommend ppl ask every question on web sites, passively pending for answers instead of doing reading and researchs on photographic topics !! you simply can't use the web to replace photographic lessons & reference books!!!

i am sure there are books you can find answers.
