或者用"斷估"式測光

If your camera has manual flash output, you can use the formula:
GN = distance x aperture
for precise calculation.

If you are using consumer DC, you can try to set the camera to night mode, or M mode f2.8 1s, then auto flash. Fune tune the setting until you get the result you expected.
