It's normal, mentioned in the manual. My A70 will do the same thing with small aperture and flash. Use bigger aperture (smaller F number).

"white dots or asterisks appear on the image"

Use "M" mode or "Av" mode to set the aperture. In "P" mode, the camera usually set the aperture to maximum.

那小光圈是否叫做 '光斑'??

我看了說明書，但當我再在屋企同一位置 時間及同一MODE拍攝後，在相中又找不到那些小光圈的出現，真奇，可有解釋??

It's not 光斑, 光斑 is flare, result of a strong reflection or direct light. The 小光圈 is the reflection itself.\

Those are very small dust and particle, they move around in the air, each time is different.
