besides using long focal length and big 光圈, can i buy some macro filter to get the super 淺景深 effect na?

if yes, any good macro filter can i buy.

and how much are they? thx

and when adding the macro filter , would it be very difficult to take the photo as the area and length for taking the photo is limited?
