Is there any simple method to find out the NRP ???

Many factors can affect the NRP of a film, such as film process variances, the care and storage of the film prior to processing, and the coloration of your camera lenses too. Since NRP is so sensitive, it is normally used on positive film(slide). The method to find out the NRP is quite complicated, so the simple way is to look at the result found by others.
