我用Powerdirector 3 將相片製成VCD, 可是影像很矇, 而且相片四邊被cut, 請問各位高手知不知原因? 應如何解決? Thanks a lot.

First of all, you should make sure you are trying to make a Photo-VCD, not VCD.

The format of Photo-VCD will store and display the photo as still photo and thus the image appear on the screen will similar as your original photo.

But the VCD format store your photo as vedio format and the quality of the image display on the screen will be down graded significantly.
