Depth Of Field is affected only by Aperture and focal length.

IMHO shutter speed is not a factor to Depth Of Field.

To control the depth of field, you should make use of
1) the aperture (the greater f number, the smaller the aperture and the
shorter depth of field effect), or
2) the distance between the object and the camera (the focal length), the shorter the distance, the shorter the depth of field effect)

You may make use of the combination of these 2 to adjust the depth of field effect.

Push up the ISO value from the original one could be affecting the shutter speed only, the aperture only or both, or nothing (all these depends on the explosure mode you are using at that time---Explosure mode includes: shutter priority, aperture priority, progam, or even manual).
