I sincerely invite input on this subject below, all comments are gratefully appreciated.

The CCD on the S602 is 3MP, yet it can produce 6MP "interpolated" images. I myself found the 6MP images are not as good as the 3MP when you do a side by side comparison at 2:1, 3:1 or bigger.

Some argued that yes, that is true, but 6MP indeed gives more details and one can always resize the 6MP to 3MP. I did the resizing and compared again. The original (non-resized) 3MP still looks better.

其實部相機一影o個陣，佢都係會出到6mp o既圖(因為sccd o既關係)
只不過係部相機再resize做3mp~
有o的人對s602 都有咁o既建議：
如果想印大o既相，用6mp mode會好o的
就咁o係電腦睇o既，3mp就足夠
