嚴正聲明：
於壹過週刊第697期內事時短打一文，報導本會13/7的內衣燈光寫真活動，壹週刊一名記者；當日隱瞞記者身份，到本會(放蛇)，
私底下偷偷進行採訪、拍攝，文內該名記者手持contax傻瓜相機在影樓內進行偷拍的行為，實屬不道德，令人可恥，該記
者在未經查証底下，用自己主觀的睇法，描述當日在場人仕行為，內容含有誹謗成份；[事實當日在場人仕的言行舉動，並非如
一週刊(文化敗類)記者所描述的情形。
事實是該自稱姓黃的一週刊記者，主動聯絡本人kennytang，說：有興趣加入本會，並即時將入會,並把費用存入本會戶口，及購買
參加13/7內衣寫真攝影活動門票，本人當時不虞有詐，讓這名壹週刊(文化敗類)入會，參加是次活動，現本人將此人之入會資料
、公開給大家，讓各位影友、影會負責人小心防範。
本會自2002年3月起，所舉辨的攝影活動，絕對不含色情成份，對於壹週刊的不實報導，文內實屬一週刊(文化敗類)記者，為了
交差，不求事實真相，白篇自導，以偏蓋全,以一週刊貫用的歪由事實、虛構情節、誇張、不負責任的報導手法,報導本會正常的攝影活動
本會現正式顯責一週刊,對本會不實報導本會除保留一切法律追究權外。
本人kennytang在此徵求各位影友,(如何對付此等不負任的傳媒)有何靈丹妙藥；希望能集思廣益想出對付方法有所防範，並呼如曾經參加過本會的攝影活動之影友親述自己的經歷，
，好讓其他影友了解本會的活的動情形，。多謝各位！

- 聯絡其他雜誌/報紙,反唱衰佢(仲可收宣傳之效),同行如敵國,佢哋一定幫你.

(不過如果你公開嗰條'蛇'嘅資料,唔知會唔會侵犯私穩權喎!小心,小心.)

I am sympathetic to your situation. Just few words from my heart as below:

Brother Eric is right in a sense that 同行如敵國, but according to my contacts (and understanding of their business) from news media, they may not find much interests to take advantage of this news to play against the Next Magazine (little values ?)

"保留一切法律追究權外".
For the chance of success, it will be difficult, if not impossible, for you to file against the Next Magazine through civil proceeding in District Court. Filing cost is just HK$70 ? (cant remember how much you need to pay) But you need to prove the damages done on your business/personal reputation, etc. caused by the Next Magazine. Kindly note that this is not easy to prove in monetary terms. Good luck and best wishes
