The Lecturer, Wing Liu was born in Hong Kong and has been living in United Kingdom and The Netherlands for 25 years. Professionally trained as a photographer at the renowned Bournemouth & Poole College of Art & Design, UK - now The Arts University College at Bournemouth http:/​/​www.​aucb.​ac.​uk.

In 2007, he returned to his native Hong Kong. He is bilingual in Cantonese + English and embraces both Chinese + Western cultures - Hong Kong definitely provides that perfect backdrop.
