The adapter without glass element inside can preserve the quality of the FD lens, but it cannot be used to focus on infinity ($140-200 SSP price)
The adapter with glass element inside GIVE very poor picture, but it can focus to infinity ($200-400), NOT recommended
If u wanna play FD lens, try M4/3 system, there are many adapters in to mount almost every film lens into M4/3 bodies, $300-400 without glass element, but of course the angle of view is equivalent to doubling the focal length
