1. 在相機裡格式化一張 SD Card.
2. 係下面的網址下載韌體檔案到電腦.

3. 在電腦裡按下載了的檔案兩下解壓.
4. 再將解壓後的檔案複製到己格式化的 SD Card 裡.
5. 把咭放入相機, 再去相機裡的設定"韌體"及按"韌體更新".

This is firmware version 1.0.9 check your firmware version before you update, if it is already 1.0.9 NO need to update.

Actually, the process is very simple just follow the instruction of the pdf file at the bottom of the linked page.

MOST important is FULLY Charge your battery.
DON'T touch any botton or switch off the power during the update process, if failure you need to take back to Canon CS.

I have updated many times for my different bodies, it is simple but need to be careful.

The firmware fixed 3 minor problems for

AEB
Live view Exposure sim and
play back after continous shot with printer connected or the video out terminal is used.

Firmware update Version 1.0.9 incorporates the following fixes.

1. Fixes a phenomenon in which AEB (Auto Exposure Bracketing) shooting does not operate normally under specific conditions.
2. Fixes a phenomenon in which the Live View exposure simulation warning indication does not properly display during Live View shooting.
3. Fixes a phenomenon in which images cannot be played back after continuous shooting when a printer is connected to the camera or a video output terminal is used.

Version 1.0.9 firmware is for cameras with firmware up to Version 1.0.4. If the camera's firmware is already
Version 1.0.9, it is not necessary to update the firmware.
