becasue the deep field between dc and dslr aps-c and dslr ff are different

dc if want to do this you need to zoom to the max and use f2.8

but it still can not do same like dslr ff deep field


dslr ff deep field is double of dslr aps-c
and aps- c may be double to quad of the dc
g10 is a dc

There are several things that can control the depth of view. (1) Sensor size (indirectly), (2) aperture, (3) focal length and (4) distance between background and object.

As said by hanny C-hing, sensor size of a dc is smaller than FF or APS-C. A depth of field of f/2.8 on a dc may be approximate equal to that of f/8 on APS-C.
Larger aperture offer you a more shallow depth of view.
Zomm more to allow to use a larger focal length which will obtain a more shallow depth of view.

I just want to point our the 4th way to obtain shallow depth of view, to increase the distance between the background to object and object to camera. (ie arrange your model closer to you (camera), and far away from background. You may obtain shallow depth of field easier.

For a dc, you may also enable Macro mode (<50cm for G10), such that the model is very close to you, the depth of field can then be very shallow.

2. 背景黑暗, 人物受光
3. 人物盡佔畫面.
4. 用最簡單背景.
5. 化妝, 衣物服飾奪目
6. 長焦距, 大光圈, 近人物距離.
G10 受制於最長焦距只有 30.5mm ,f4.5 光圈, 未能影出人物有散背景效果.

手動光圈可 選最佳光效值以保證最佳質素 即最大光圈減1至2級
F16, 22 可影出晚上街燈成放射光芒 等.

最簡單，Av mode大光圈，zoom用最長焦距（拉得最近）+盡量靠近主角。
